This project is designed to complement the work already being done across the city, not compete with it. The vital roles played by local organisations in shaping our civic landscape are fully recognised, and the aim is to be a valuable partner in those efforts.
Gauging Community Perspectives
A collaborative polling service is available for local organisations, designed to develop the right questions, manage the survey process, and deliver clear, insightful analysis of community feedback. The result is reliable data that supports confident, informed action.
Who's Behind This?
This project is led by me, Tom Spanswick — a long-time resident with a deep-rooted passion for Dunfermline’s future.
With a professional background in product and UX design, and experience across digital research, development, and creative work, I’ve spent years helping people and organisations solve real problems.
This platform brings together those skills to support better local understanding, engagement, and impact.
But I’m not alone. While much of the work happens quietly, this project benefits from the input and encouragement of others who share its values and vision — even if they prefer to stay behind the scenes.
Looking Ahead
We're also building towards something bigger. The tools and insights we're developing are just the foundation for a broader vision of a more informed, connected, and forward-looking Dunfermline.
